EDEN EXCEL® ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Eden Equipment Company warrants to the original purchaser of its Eden Excel® products for a period of one year from the date of purchase that each of its Eden Excel® products is free from defects in materials and workmanship and conforms to Eden Excel’s® published specifications. This limited, non-transferable warranty is made only to the original purchaser, and is valid for a period of one calendar year commencing from the date of purchase shown on the invoice unless otherwise agreed by Eden Equipment Company in writing. Claims under this warranty must be made directly to Eden Equipment Company, 1485 East Third Street, Pomona, California 91766, telephone (909) 629-5106, facsimile (909) 629-0243 within one year of the date of purchase.

Eden Equipment Company’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of defective Eden Excel® products during the one-year period of this warranty. Eden Equipment Company will provide warranty service of the type designated for the product, and will manage and install any engineering changes that apply to the product. Eden Equipment Company will, in its sole discretion, specify the type of service provided, and replacement parts will assume the remaining warranty period of the parts they replace rather than commencing a new one-year warranty period.

Repair or replacement of the product is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover failures that result from products or services not supplied by Eden Equipment Company, or failures resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance or cleaning, or alteration or modification of the product.

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Eden Equipment Company also disclaims all implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If any such implied warranties are found to exist, they are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period set forth above.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on the duration or existence of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

This one-year limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Eden Equipment Company disclaims all liability for damages for loss of use of the product, loss of revenue or profit, damages caused by the product, or damages for any failure to perform, even if Eden Equipment Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
