  COMPLEX BLUE^™  (SDI Reduction) FILTERS

Working with materials from Kimberly-Clark and Crystal Filtration, Eden Excel^® has developed an industrial cartridge unit that is capable of out producing the commonly known industrial units used in today's industry. This material provides an asymmetric porosity that increases the flow rate and provides increased dirt handling capabilities. Cartridge units are made of polypropylene and polyethylene with a pore range of 40 microns upstream down to 1 micron on the clean side.

Ideally, the pretreatment filter must consistently yield low SDI values regardless of the water quality, have high dirt loading capacity and have cost benefits based on the infrequency of their replacement. Complex Blue^® (SDI Reduction) filters meet all of these conditions. All material used in the construction of the Eden Excel^® filter units are in compliance with the FDA regulations for drinking water.
